Social Membership
Social Membership is required for all residents of Hampton Hall Club.
One Time Membership Fee: $23,000
One Time Capital Fund Contribution: $1275
(Due at closing)
Social Membership entitles the Member, spouse and dependent children under age 23, use of the Community Clubhouse, Pete’s Grill, tennis courts, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, basketball court,
and bocce ball courts.
Monthly Resident Membership Dues
Includes Home Owners Association and Social Amenities; Billed monthly.
Improved Lot: $424.80 - Totals $5,098 annually
Social members are permitted to play up to 6 golf rounds per year at the applicable guest rate.
Monthly Maintenance Fees
Cottage Homes Additional Monthly Dues: $184.71
Carriage Homes Additional Monthly Dues: $249.12
Golf Membership
Golf Memberships are available for both residents and non-property owners of Hampton Hall.
Equity Golf Membership
Resident Monthly Dues: $536
Non-property Owner Monthly Dues: $536
Non-refundable Membership Fee: $12,000
Young Professional Membership Under age 45
Resident Monthly Dues: $289
Non-property Owner Monthly Dues: $315
Non-refundable Membership Fee: $5,000

Pete’s Turf Club Practice Facility Membership
For individuals new to golf or golfers getting back into the game, Hampton Hall offers Pete’s Turf Club Membership, a yearly practice facility program. Pete’s Turf Club Members receive daily access to the practice facilities and driving range after 10:00 AM.
This program is designed to be a bridge to full golf membership.
