Our Story

I've been there...

From the time I was born, throughout college and for many years after, I always lived in places that had either a number on the door or a designated floor number when I listed my address.  Coming from very humble beginnings, it was just never in the cards for my family to own a home. So when I bought my first house at 32 years old, it was a BIG deal. Like a VERY big deal.  I'll never forget the excitement behind having a REAL mailbox, my OWN address, and a place I could paint without permission.  But I also recall the nervousness and fears I had for not knowing what I was getting myself into. I turned to my agent, my lender, my friends and anyone who had experience to help walk me through the process.  Then several years later when I sold that very special home, many types of emotions and uneasiness surfaced all over again. There was excitement for moving, sadness for leaving, and even financial concerns on whether I was getting a good return on my investment.

My Commitment...

Today, I take from those experiences as a both a buyer and a seller, all the aspects I remember wanting and needing from my agent, lender, and friends and apply them to how I do business. I'm 100% available for however much you need me.  I also understand that everybody has a different WHY for their real estate transaction. Whether it's buying a first home, a vacation property, dealing with a relocation, or an investment - all are driven by an individuals purpose.  The same is true for selling.
